बैंगन मसूर दाल मसालेदार सब्जी / Masoor Baigan Ki Sabji

Ingredients Needed for Baigan Masoor:

  1.  Brinjal (Baigan) – 1piece
  2. Masoor Daal – 50gms
  3. Adrakh – ½ inch
  4. Turmeric (Haldi)  – ½ tablespoon
  5. Salet (Namak) – as per taste
  6. Oil- 2 tablespoon
  7. Red CHilly Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) – 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Cumin Seed ( Jeera Seed) – 1/4th tablespoon
  9. Red Chilly (Khada Lal Mirch)) – 1 piece
  10. Hing

 

Steps to create Masoor Baigan:

  1. Clean masoor and brinjal thoroughly
  2. Cut brinjal into small pieces.
  3. Put the pan on the stove to heat oil
  4. Put Jeera seed, Lal Mirch and a pinch of hing on the pan
  5. Now put chopped ginger pieces on that pan and fry
  6. After 1 min put brinjal pieces on the pan
  7. Fry for 2 mins and put red chilly powder, turmeric and salt, fry for another 2 mins.
  8. Put Masoor dal in the pan and mix it thoroughly and fry it for 4 mins on medium flame
  9. After frying put 1 cup of water.
  10. Leave the pan covered on high flame for 3 mins
  11. Then low the flame to medium and leave the pan for another 10 mins on the stove.
  12. After 10 mins your food is ready to be served.
