Ingredients for Paneer Chilli

  1. Paneer – 250 gms
  2. Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) – 1 piece
  3. Onion (Pyaaz) – 2pieces
  4. Ginger – 2 inch
  5. Garlic – 8-10 pieces
  6. Cornflower – 2 tablespoon
  7. Maida – 1 tablespoon
  8. Salt – as per taste ( Swad Anusar)
  9. Tomato Sauce – 2 tablespoon
  10. Chilli Sauce – 2 tablespoon
  11. Soya Sauce – 2 tablespoon
  12. Oil

Steps to create Paneer Chilli

  1. Cut paneer, Capsicum and Onion in the required size.
  2. Cut Ginger, garlic in small pieces.
  3. Make cornflour and maida puree
  4. Keep Frying pan / Kadhai on the stove to heat oil
  5. After oil gets hot, dip paneer piece in the maida and cornflour puree and fry it. After paneer pieces get golden colour take them out of the frying pan and keep on a kitchen tissue.
  6. After all the paneer piece get fried, put ginger and garlic piece in oil and saute it for 2 mins,
  7. After two minutes put the chopped onion pieces and fry them for 2 mins,
  8. After two minutes get over put capsicum piece in the same frying pan along with onion and ginger garlic, and fry it for two more minutes.
  9. Now you will be able to see onion colour gets changed, put salt, green chilly, the mixture of all the sauce and cover it and keep it on the stove (medium flame) for 4 more minutes
  10. After 4 minutes check whether capsicum is cooked or not, if not keep cover and let it get cooked for 2 more minutes.
  11. After capsicum gets cooked put the paneer piece you fried in the frying and mix them thoroughly, after that cover it with lid and keep it on the stove for another 2 min on low flame.
  12. Your paneer chilli is ready to get served.
