Ingredients for aamrakh

  1. Curd – 1/2 Kg
  2. Aam – 1/2 Kg
  3. Milkmaid ( 100gms) Or Sugar (100gms)
  4. Dalchini – 3-4 pieces
  5. Elichi – 3 piece

Steps to create Aamrakh

  1. Take curd in a clean cotton cloth and leave it hanged for 4-5 hours, to remove the excess water curd contains
  2. Then make a puree out of that dried curd taken out from the cloth
  3. In that same grinder-jar put the pieces of mango(aam), milkmaid and elichi ( If you don’t have milkmaid you can use sugar)
  4. Grind it for 4 mins
  5. Take out the aamrakh from that jar in some glass and enjoy it.
